How do you all do It?

I don't know how you members do it. I have crippling depression, insomnia & I cant focus on anything. My chest tremors are awful. It seems unbearable. No work, nothing to focus on

Keep looking forward to better days, we dont know if well ever be 100% again but im sure as hell gonna be better than today and where i was 3 months ago. and thats all I can ask for. I try to remember how BAD I felt just a few months ago and it helps me realize that things are moving slowly but i am feeling way better with time. I fantasize about a day where I can look back on this as just a memory and memory only, nothing more.
