hey buddies ive been posting ..feeling worse each day. my legs are like total jelly. I cant think straight. wakin early, panic attacks, anxiety bad, stomach, reflux,...

whats happening?  could i end up falling on my face?  Im doing bunch stuff for preparing for fl for winter. havent been there since tapering off.

PLS PLS i need encouragement! will this calm down after i get there just get through this part? or am i afraid to be in FL?

I dont want a relapse!! I dont know how i can stay here at this point though

at 20 mo is it crazy to have SOOO bad time w change ? im afraid im gonna fail and end up in er

This is most likely stress and your bodies coping mechanisms to handle it during withdrawal.

I think a lot of us are in pure hell right now. The stress of the move is overwhelming you and causing all kinds of symptoms. Stress is a killer for us. Remember to try to breathe and do things to calm yourself down. Do what you have to do to get prepared for the move. Try not to engage in the "what if" thinking. I know it seems impossible but the more you panic the more you will upset yourself. Do whatever techniques you use to calm yourself. Breathing, meditation etc. You can do this, this is your healing benzo brain that is making you frightened and more anxious.

 

Everything will be okay, you will get down there and get settled. If you have a wave you will make it through it like you have in the past. I can tell by the exclamation marks in your post that you are extremely upset. We have to try really hard every day to stay calm. Your job right now is to get down there and once you do to allow yourself to heal for however long it takes. Breathe and take it one step at a time. Distraction is key, if you find yourself worrying it me time to distract. Basically my days are all about distraction or I wouldn't be able to make it through. Think about the positives about going to Fl. Try to catch everytime a negative thought is coming into your head and replace it with a positive one. Don't believe your lying benzo brain.

I experienced similar things. Just when I thought I was good to go, I get hit with something else. Our CNS is very sensitive and probably will be for some time. At 20 months this will probably be a temporary event. I'm a little over a year ahead of you but I still get a short burst of symptoms. They are shorter in time and not as intense.

thank you all for your support! my big question concern here is can this amt stress cause a breakdown?? ihavent had these sx in almost 2 yrs. (the last time i went to fl)

the path of least resistance would be stay in MI, but , no roommate or job and wondering now if im even capable. plus renters have signed for the main house coming in this weekend. theres also a cabin which i havent found renter for, not done w my chores etc but its NOT a big deal, yet my body is freaking out (started w less sleep)

I believe the lack of sleep is causing everything, worse and worse, i can barely type.

HEREs a thought...im afraid of taking many things cause of wd...but...i had similar sx to stress a year after my first benzo and just before i got on klon. so id been off benzo for some time before the sx. M, es me think its organic..just ME.. and i need to take supps but afraid to cause of "wd"... OR is it kindling?? HOW do we really know??

In meantime, i am trying to distract etc use tools. but im in a time crunch too. and really feeling very impaired
