Anyone had a bad wave after really good windows

I've been withdrawing for over 2 years. Was stabilising but 2 weeks ago I suddenly wrnt into a bad wave that won't go.  I'm do frightened because it's a shock. Xxx

Yes, this has happened to me.  I felt pretty stable at .25 mg of klonopin, and this summer I started cutting lower and I feel like I got more symptoms than ever before.  I've been holding for almost a month and a half now.  I'm not sure I will get that much better before I cut again, but it's very frustrating.

Same here. My symptoms were manageable for a while and then I am also having a wave now....i am just wondering what the window has been....

Hi Kay, I've been like a yoyo today,so up and down, don't know whether I'm in a wave or a window. . Really strange. My worse thing is ,when I have a good day, I go and make plans for the following day,  then get upset when I can't do it because I feel do I'll. Beano,yes me,too. On my bad days, things don't go as planned.. so its frustrating process   but lets believe this is an indicator for healing..
