How long can be an acute phase ?

 

I'm 4 months out and still feel in acute. Toxic morning, toxic nap, feeling disconnected, brain fog, anxiety, chemical fears, lot of GI issues, sensibility to light/sound/food, regrets about past, dizziness, weakness, fatigue, concentration difficulties... I must Forget somes

Acute usually last 1-3 months, since you were on multiple meds, maybe its lastin ga little longer? Nevertheless this is all temporary and will pass. Just hang in there,  I wasnt really functional until month 5

I'm in 4th month too. 3rd month was the worst for me.

Now I see some improvements, but today I'm pretty bad probably because of weather changes.

Everyone is different. It's hard to know how long it will last. I'm still hardly functional. I'm happy if I feel at least somewhat better once a week and I use that moment for walking outside.

Try EFT tapping... try to relax and some mild aerobic exercise if you can. Sleep and eating well is very important.

I told one of my friends here, I would rather eat a bullet somewhere not fatal than have to go through this. hang in there guys, this will get better and is only temp.

For me, I got out from acute at about 4 months out.  But I read it can take longer.  Don't give up, you'll make it!
