As I withdrew, that was a symptom that popped up for me. In my feet, and head both. Things got so rough I went back up a little for a bit over a day, but never over where I started my tape from.  Am now working my way down again.  My best wishes to you.  You're not alone.

Hi have it all day and everywhere. It is horrific. I am extremely uncomfortable and it seems to be correlated with anxiety. Like all my nerves are fired up with anxiety.

I got referred to a neurologist who diagnosed me with peripheral neuropathy. I had it in my hand and leg  I knew it was the withdrawals from Xanax. It slowly gets better. Worrying revs it up. Drink plenty water it help and just accept it. IT DOES GO AWAY

I have it so bad in my hands. My hands hurt so much. I had it at beg on taper and now it is back and I am TERRIFIED.

I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy.  Suggested Lycra or gabapentin - said no to both.  No more addictive drugs.  My neuropathy definitely gets MUCH worse when I have anxiety, which makes it worse because you worry about it.

My hands got numb every time I took Klonopin, it was so scary. I knew this drug was evil. Now being off I have the weirdest sensation in my hands like hitting your funny bone and vibrating. So awful. It comes and goes now at a month off and is not constant so its getting better. I didnt even want to use my hands for a while.

What does it feel like in your head? My head has this almost constant burning pain. Also brain feels like it's being crushed. Seems like severe nerve damage.

I will back gaba all day. Lyrica is a much cleaner drug, but it will make you feel like you wish you'd never taken it, if you cold turkey. It made my spine, hips, legs, and feet feel like my bones were being crushed. No, I wasn't in withdrawl when I tried this, and yes, cold turkey is a dumb idea in general, but with Lyrica it is the truth.
