I always did a .1ml per mg liquid.  That makes it very simple to figure out doses/cuts.

 

Some prefer .01mg per ml.  Still very simple to calculate doses.

mylilcappy, I use a compound suspension 1mg/10ml, of Lorazepam in a product called SyrSpend SF which is based on food starch. I got a medical prescription from an understanding doctor, and had the suspension made at a compound pharmacy. I'm very happy with the result. It's always well mixed and tastes very nicely.

I had a compounding pharmacy make a .25mg/ml suspension of clonazapam.

My doctor ordered for me.

Its going well, just the symptoms of withdrawal are scary.
