Please if anyone knows about liquid titration

Please help...

 

I am reducing by 10% a month from 1.5 mg of Ativan, and I am drinking the drug water every 6 hours.

On 4/4/2017 I made 300 ml water put my three pills of Ativan in there total 1.5 mg

When I got to 200 Ml of water I put two pills of Ativan in there 1mg.

Now I am down to 138 ml and my dosage is 0.66 mg of Ativan

 

I started with 1.5 mg/300ml reducing by 0.005  per 1 ML

 

Am I doing this the correct way?
