DEAR FRIENDS..CAN ANYONE MAKE ME A LIQUID TAPER SPREADSHEET PLEASE!!

Please help me

 

I taking 1 mg total daily.. And I am dosing every 6 hours.

 

They are two .5 mg pills.=1 mg

 

I started out with 200 ML put my 1 mg

 

1mg/200 , I am tapering by 0.005 mg per 1 ML of water.

 

Today is 10/8/2017

 

I drank 132 ml from 200 ml today. 68 ml I threw out into the sink.

 

Am I doing this right?

 

Todays dose that I am taking is 0.66 mg Ativan

 

Am I doing this the correct way

I was told to put 1mg with 2ml of PG or alcohol dissolve it then 98ml of water. If you go on the liquid titration board you will see my post answered. Your better off posting there I'm sure someone can help.

There's a guy on YouTube who does a very detailed how-to taper using liquid, and includes a link to his spreadsheet in his video description.

 

 

I am doing a dry dose taper using a milligram scale that I got from Amazon. Hope this helps.
