...just wondering if there is anyone going through this that does not have constant headache / pain / pressure / floatiness going on? Just a general feeling of head malaise. Anyone with a similar timeline if you could chime in - I would be interested in knowing if you had this at one point and it went away or if it was never a challenge for you. I feel like there might be something else going on if people generally do not suffer with this symptom and I do... pretty much every day, most days.

This is the one symptom that I am very fearful of. I've had MRI's but I don't know what else it could be. I'm trying to understand if there is something, anything, that will help me with this particular symptom. I've tried Tylenol, Ibuprofen, and aspirin. None of these seem to do much.

Thank you again... I post a lot on this specific topic; sorry. This is just killing me slowly and I'm so desperate for relief / help.

All the best,,

Hi Colley, my worst symptoms are also head symptoms. I am at 13 months post CT from Xanax and still have head pressure, floatiness and dizziness to some degree every day. Sometimes it's so mild that I hardly notice it but on other days it can get really distressing. However, it's constantly improving so hang in there. I'm sure you will turn a corner soon. I had a really bad wave just before reaching my 1 year anniversary and again just after but have had some marked improvement at the end of month 12.

I have had and still have some of the days strange head symptom. It is like I feel I faint or fall a sleep but it does not happen. I have noticed this happens when I'm tired and/ lay down in the bed. It is not painfull but scaring symptom. I don't have a clue if it is withdrawal symptom or something else. Have you anything like this?

Well it seems that many buddies have all kind of head symptoms so it is not logical that many of us as bentzo users have some strange head illnesses but it is much more logical symptoms are benzo driven so the key question is if they go away over the time or are they there for a long time.

I keep posting this, but I found out the hard way that head pressure can be from orthostatic hypotension. How low or high is your blood pressure? Try drinking a gallon of water with a tablespoon of Celtic sea salt and a quart of Gatorade diluted w the salt water. Don't chug it, but drink it all day long. And, 2 bananas throughout the day for potassium. I used to be very anti sodium. My unknown Ct put me in the ER 3 times and every time I was there everything cane back normal except for my sodium and potassium...hence the head, chest and neck pressure. Man it's bad. We are probably all dehydrated- I've read that wd can make dehydration worse. It's hard to drink that ,uch but it might help a little bit. You will NOT feel healed, but it might help a bit... and I'll take all of the bits I can get.
