10 year xanax , 10 month Klonopin now, 6mg, I don't know how to taper, I don't know what's happening because I came off the Xanax with doctor's help, however she has me on 2mg of Klonopin three times a day, I feel like she boosted me from one to the other. I have an 8 year old son, staying with his father and don't want him to feel abandonment. I just want off, safely, so I can enjoy my son. I am a good Christian, and could use some Christian support as well as any serious helpers. Please help in anyway. Tired of feeling sick and tired.  Thank you Godsgurl71

Welcome to the forum.  I'm glad you found us.  If I read this correctly you now take 6mg klonopin a day which replaced a previous Xanax prescription, and now you want to begin to taper off the klonopin.  The best way to do this taper is slowly.  We usually recommend a rate of no more than 5-10% every 10-14 days.  There's more than one way to do these reductions which I'm sure you'll see after you've looked around the forum a little.
