Tinnitus and sleep disturbance is ticket for BZD

Hello

I am 29 years old women and i am from slovakia. I used benzodiazepine for almost 4 years every night, because i got tinnitus in 2013 and i cannot sleep. I used bromazepam, after switching alprazolam. Now i am trying live without BZD. My worst withdrawal symptom is dizziness. I had pain on chest, shaking and screwing my legs, but dizziness is most intrusive.

Dizziness is quite common during any benzodiazepine’s post-withdrawal phase, but usually eases up over time. It’s one of the symptoms that I still have, but it’s improving steadily, and I’m sure yours will, too.
