Uncomfortable surge,feels like i'm going to seizure. Adrenaline surge?

Can someone relate to an uncomfortable surge that goes trough body? it feels almost orgasmic but very uncomfortable,also I get some itchy feeling deep inside nerves. I feel like i'm on the verge of seizure or something. Is it just an andrenaline surge?

YEs YES! Finally someone understands me. i have this 24/7 and it is torture. It is a disgusting feeling. It is like a shiver all through body but a disgusting shiver...It never ends for me and i am devastated,,,my life has been devastated. One thing that helps is massage and using this vibrating massage machine. I feel for you. but if you only have it once in a while be happy! I cannot get rid of it.

Good to know it's just not me.

I've noticed this surges are getting worse around ovulation and period, at first I thougt it was an hormone surge,

It's awful!

Yes, it is adrenaline surge, it usually doesn't last long, but can feel very scary.

I get them too... I try to eat when they happen as hard as that can be. My mom insists it's low blood sugR. I've heard that magnesium citrate can help - small dose though. I basically have the shakes all day long.

Do you have inner vibrations/internal shakes? I have it and I think it gets worse when those surges comes
