Does anyone get Charlie horses in the bottom of their rear end topp of back thigh?  I have gotten them while on and off and they are getting more frequent.

Try old Amish foot and leg cramp formula. It works! Just apple cider vinegar, garlic and lemon but somehow eliminates cramps. Tastes so bad but just mix it and get it down. Miraculous stuff.

Muscle tightness/rigidity is very common during withdrawal, and that tightness is a breeding ground for muscle cramps and pulls.  Make sure that you remain hydrated and that you are getting enough salts in your diet.  Gentle stretching/motion can help to loosen those muscles a bit.  You can also try doing full body relaxation meditations to try to relax those muscle groups.

This is my number one symptom.  I feel a tightness and rigidity in the left thigh area extending to my buttocks region.  Comes and goes.  Please keep me updated.

Use to get this all the time, especially when I was sleeping. The only way I was able to get it to release was to literally bite my hand. The brain can't focus on two pains at once so just like that it would disappear.

Thank you guys I dropped the Diet Pepsi and am drinking water all day now. After my mammogram I had them in my chest for 9 months it was horrendous.
