I cannot be out early in the morning...

If try to get up at 5am anymore I just feel so misplaced yet I can't sleep.

 

I miss my mornings so much anyone else have this problem?

 

If I force myself I feel like I'm going into "a dark unknown world" ...

I wake up at 4 in the morning every morning. The feeling over fear and panic sets in the second my eyes open.

What I would give to awake with peace and calm

I wake up to raging tinnitus, tinted red eyes amongst other 50 symptoms... Angers me so much what this has done to me. And nobody understands a thing...

Mornings seem to be the worst time of day for me too. I feel spaced out and phyisically like Ive been hit by a truck. I cant do anything in the morning. In general I seem to improve slightly as the day wears on. Although I had a 2 day window last week and felt great in the morning, that was nice, bring on the next window.

Absolutely ... not functional in the ams, especially after nights of only 2-3 hrs of sleep.

It is a "dark unknown world" everyday with benzo withdrawal. What we do in facing this world is heroic.

Yes, I wake up every morning feeling anxious and things seem unreal.....also nightmares at night or strange dreams.....had that when I was taking Valium.
