Uncomfortable in your own skin

Does anybody else have this sensation of just being so uncomfortable in your own skin. I just feel like i want to escape this body I have no idea how to explain it. Im just so uncomfortable in my own skin like physically annoyed in my own body. Like my own skin and body have me irritated. Maybe im just going crazy lol

I get that from time to time, It sounds like akathesia. When I get it, its this itchy, tingly annoying feeling in my skin and It makes me feel like I have to move around and squirm and cant get comfortable. I dont really have an antedote for this symptom, but it is certainly a withdrawal symptom and tends to come and go somewhat (with me at least). Its really awful when I get it at night when Im trying to sleep, I just toss and turn constantly.

oh god yes my left leg and sometimes arm get this weird itch or not a burning feeling i cant even describe, if I even get water on my leg its so uncomfortable. Maybe it is Akasthia!!

Yes, had that for a fee months. Very uncomfortable. It went away. Apears occasionally but in short bursts.

All the time. Totally normal in withdrawal. I found excersize, baths, fresh air (being out in the rain, getting some sun), yoga and stretching all male me feel less like this.

Yes yes yes! Non stop now for over 5 months. And before that had window for 1 month and 3 months before that. So 8 months of this. Pure living torture. But it WILL get better.
