How do you properly "cut" pills?  I have .5 mg tablets and if I want to reduce my daily dose by the recommended 10%, how do I even go about this?  The pills crumble and break unevenly.  Advice please.

A lot of our members have purchased inexpensive milligram scales.  The Gemini-20 is a popular model (available from Amazon).  Costs around $20 and works pretty well.
