I’m going crazy right now !

I’ve been on almost a month long wave !

Fatigued as heck , dizzy, DP/DR .

I read an article that has 10 symptoms months before having a heart attack and I have them all ‘

So now I’m afraid to even eat !

Well I feel like my 3-5 to 8.5 was one big wave, but not really. I would say that the month 10 til now (12.5 and still going) is for sure one big wave. I have had a few good days but otherwise it's been pretty much constant especially the last 5-6 weeks.
