I was having a nice long window so I thought I had stabilized so I was going to make a cut and then BAM right out of nowhere I have been bed ridden for days! Non functional,  feel like I'm so disabled! I can't even function to walk or take a bath, drive,  appointments, NOTHING! I'm literally bed ridden with TONS of awful symptoms. I can't sleep much either.

I'm trying distraction but I'm too sick to even do those things!

And the DR/DP has been HORRIBLE! It's scaring the hell out of me! I'm extremely hopeless and full of panic along with TONS of other things!

This is SOOO AWFUL!!! 😭😭😭 Will I ever come out of this HORRIFIC feeling!? Or am I screwed because of tolerance!?

I wake up from my broken 3 hours of sleep hopeful that I will feel better, at least okay enough to get up and at least take a bath but it's still not happening! SHIT! How do y'all cope with this!?😭😭😭

I am so sorry for you torture. I understand it  so well. I have not had one break for 5 months and even drove myself to a psych hospital in desparation  ( even though I have never had mental health issues and stay away from meds as much as possible? But the toeture was too much. Now i really know that there is nothing any doctor can do for me.

So...how do I deal? I have my husband give me massages..we got a massage table off his brother. Also, Epsom salt baths and constant prayer and hope that God is using my suffering for good. I scream and throw things and cry and cry. And then I try to rationalize that I will heal. You have windows so hold onto the fact that your body CAN feel good. If it did it once it will do it again. YOU WILL HEAL...JUST FOCUS ON THE WINDOWS YOU ARE HAVING.

I'm so very sorry.  If you can just get out of bed and into the tub, Epsom salts help, and they are inexpensive.  Just soak a good long while.  This will also improve your sleep.  And it makes your body feel SO very good.

I don't have any further tips.  I just hope that you can recover again soon.  Maybe then hold, in a window, for a while before tapering further.  I always recommend a very slow liquid titration micro taper.  There is a part of this web site that covers this.

Love.

I would also make sure you drink lots of water. I bought some tension tamer tea and it helped me feel a bit better. Nothing is going to make you feel normal until you are off the drug for a while and your brain can heal. You will have windows and waves as your brain tries to get better. I use heat a lot to help with the trembling.

You really kind of have to force yourself to get up and do things to distract yourself. Laying in bed and focusing on how you feel is not going to make you feel better. I am really sorry you are having such a rough time but you will improve over time. Just hang on. Just keep tapering slowly and your brain will heal.

Epsom salt baths are really wonderful if you can manage it.
