Please describe your tinnitus / ear trouble

My tinnitus reasonates from my right ear through my head/skull. I have tinnitus in my left ear but it's very localized. The tinnitus is pitch modulated and affected by sounds, movement and touch. If I touch my hair it spikes, if touch my right ear it spikes... When I burp/cough/yawn/swallow/clench... Huge spike in tinnitus. I can also hear like a bubble in my inner ear, almost as if it's air locked and the fluid/air makes a squishy sound... Driving me nuts...

 

And then there is the severe aural fullness and hearing loss...

My tinnitus comes on worst when Im in a bad wave, the volume of the ringing seems to correlate to how bad my over all symptoms are. It sounds like the high pitched sound you hear after a cymbal has been hit. I get it equally in both ears and sometimes get ear pain along side it.
