Joint pain!

Hello there buddies. It been tapering for about 21 months. Got down to .85 mg Valium. Doing daily microaper.

Just came down with a new wdsx that I never had before. Feels like arthritis in my whole body. I've got joint pain in big toe really bad, ankles, knees, hip, teeth, jaw, and neck. It's NOT muscle pain. I feel like I need an oil can to limber myself up. Can't walk very far like I did just last week.

Oh and swollen glands in my neck too!

 

Anyone have this?  Any Remedies while I wait it out?

 

Sure hope a week or ten days of holding will be enough for it to subside.

 

Suggestions, encouragement, and advice are welcome, please!

I could have written that post myself.  I've been told to keep moving.  I'm also getting a bunch of blood work done. And I'm going to a natural path to see about my gut.  But I've have a chronic pain condition.... I'm sure your will work out.

Hi HS! Thanks for the reassurance. I hope you get relief from your chronic pain! I have no advice for you as I don't know about that but I wish you the very best!

Heath;

Epsom foot soaks for foot pain. Omegas for joints if you can handle it. I do think exercise helps. Whatever you can do.

Heathcliff, I just took another reduction in Ativan yesterday from 1.5mg to 1.0mg and my body been achy and hurting constantly it also doing the same before this reduction from last reduction, sometimes I wonder does it get easier or worser, only advice I can give you right now is trust God he is the only one that can see us through.
