Physical symptoms overwhelming

I have such awful tremors, feel like my heart is involved. Cant relax, head burning, hardly sleeping, worried I may have to quit my job and I cant afford it but I'm struggling. Things have gotten worse for me. Have an apt with my dr tomorrow who prescribed this & she doesn't know my situation

I'm so sorry that you are struggling so much right now. This is a long, cruel process. I had to resign from my job because the physical symptoms became totally debilitating. It was difficult coming to terms with the fact I could not run on willpower and adrenaline. Hang in there. Better days are ahead.

I had a great window at two months so hold on for the calm in the storm. Start eating clean and avoiding things now that trigger symptoms. I wish I would have done that in the beginning.

What types of things triggered You? Ive avoided caffeine, alcohol of course, msg, etc.
