I've been on a combination of klonopin, etizolam, ativan, and ambien for about 4 or 5 months. I know I'm an idiot but I need a tapering schedule. Most of it was low doses for therapeutic purposes only but there were a few high dose binges in there. I've tapered quite a bit over the last 4ish weeks. Yesterday I took .75mg Ativan at noon and today I took .5 Ativan at noon. Half a 1mg Ativan keeps me healthy.  I only have 14 Ativan 1mg left and I could use a tapering program. This will be my second time going through withdrawal (although I already know this will be less painful than the last). Even a vague answer is appreciated. Thanks.

Week 1  .5

Week 2  .4

Week 3  .3

Week 4  .2

Week 5  .1

I would suggest to take two or three weeks for each cut especially at .3 and under, if you still feel sick and not able to sleep at the end of the first week of your cut.  Hopefully, since you have only been on these for less than six months, this will work.  Good Luck!!!

I forgot to say you will have to liquid taper to get these amounts, so make sure you do it in milk or something else you can refrigerate and save.  Or, if you can chop the pill up, I don't really know how big the pill is, and how easy it would be to cut the pill.  I find the liquid titration is best for making smaller cuts and it makes the whole taper easier.

Based on the amount you have; 0.125mg every 10 days.

No liquid tapering required that way.

Good luck.
