Head anxiety

I'm 16.5 months off benzo and still having a terrible time.

I have severe anxiety and my head/scalp has this afoul thingling squeezing electrical shock feeling 24/7. Is getting so bad I can't even sleep now. I suffered trough 16.5 months with no or very little improvement here and there and I'm loosing hope.

Even my stomach feels is a hole nuts inside, hard to eat and loosing waight. My arms and feets goes numb and feels like no life in it.

Had lots off ultrasound and MRI all came back normal. Only my projesterone is very low, cortisol is very high and I have low thyroid. Started to take some natural medication for that. And some inflammation in my body.

They say I have to go back on anxiety pills bc I have severe anxiety now.

I'm so mad, I never had anxiety until they put me on the anxiety pills for sleeping. If I would know.... what I know now.... my sleep was not even that bad. Not like now!!!! Lucky if I get 2-3 hrs sleep all night.

Eating very healthy and try to walk every day even if I'm exhausted.

Anybody going trough some similar experience?

Losing hope. My body is getting weaker and weaker. Don't know how to help myself.

Same her two months agree cold turkey. I hope it gets better I'm scared.
