Gave in to a rescue dose of .5mg of clonzepam

I have tapered down to 0.125mg of clonzepam and woke up today with gut wrenching anxiety with morbid thoughts which I would never act on. It was all to much and I ended up taking  .5mg tablet which relieved symptoms in a moment of panic. Have i messed my taper up or can I just continue as I was which I will do anyway. I feel like let myself down.Thoughts please

Oh i understand that kind of anxiety..it is inhumane.

 

Of course you did not mess up your taper. Sounds like you may need to go slower though.

Thanks for replying. It was a moment of weakness I will hold at 0.125mg for a while longer. I'm determined to get off this and am nearly there.  Want to start 2018 clean.

You are only on .125. That is amazing!! Just go slower so you will be comfortable. You are literally almost at the finish line......blessings
