Do eye floaters go away??

I have some pretty serious eye floaters. Have had them now for 6.5 months. It has made my night vision worse, and weirdly when I look up at bright lights in stores, if I scan my eyes real fast across the stores I can see the wave of floaters streaming across my vision in the lights. It's crazzzzyyy. I mean those are some serious eye floaters that actually interfere with lights in stores lol.

 

I still have weak eyes also. THey just don't feel like they have any strength and don't work right together.

 

How long did vision issues last for people? 6.5 months out makes it seem like they just won't ever get better again.

Dealing with the same, plenty of floaters, light makes everything worse, curious to see answers from other users. Ive only been off 3 months and still have them. Im thinking its one thing that might get better but never truly go away.

Eye floaters are physical thing and mostly normal for ageing. During anxiety period it seems that people see them more often than usual. I have them for many many years and they don't go away. I simply don't notice them anymore. My brain doesn't care anymore.

But still it would be good that you visit ophthalmologist just in case. In very rare cases it could be the sign of something more serious, but in majority of cases they're completely harmless.

I've had eye floaters most of my life, since I was 19.  They do intensify in time of stress or fatigue/lack of sleep.  But sometimes they are minimal, almost not noticeable.  Doctor explained they are normal and harmless, and many people have them.
