Anyone have any trouble with plain decaf tea? Does it rev you? Should all teas be avoided? Please let me know. I really want to drink tea.

Most teas are fine.  Chamomile has been knows to mess with some people.

There is a company called Davids teas in Toronto......my husband brought me back some of their teas....they have a decaf line.  I like them...especially in the winter.

I've been drinking chamomile all through WD. I heard we're not supposed to drink it, but I couldn't give it up. I have been healing and improving even though I'm drinking it.

Green Tea does nothing to me except for calming me down a tiny bit. Which helps enough.

I drink green tea, also, with  no problem.

Straight tea, particularly a green, is probably fine. There's very little in it that reacts terribly to most people.

I'd stay away from matte, which is a different plant and has just oodles of caffeine. As well as most 'herbal' teas, simply because it's hard to determine what is actually in the mix.

I drink decaf Lipton tea.  I have no problem with it, it doesn't rev me up.  I can't imagine my day without it, I really like it.  If you really want to drink tea, maybe you should give decaf a try, but slow at first and see how you react.
