Mornings are very hard. Wish I could enjoy coffee like you in your artwork. That would certainly help! You do a very wonderful job drawing, and they always make me smile or laugh!

Welcome to this horrible part of recovery.  There are threads all over the place about toxic morns. Sounds like a song, doesn't it?  "My Toxic Morn".  I call them "poisoned" mornings, too.  Vaart -- I'm still waiting for one morning without it.  WBB

Sorry you're dealing with this as well. Yesterday my entire day was a "toxic day". Ugh! Going to the gym is an exercise in frustration. 35 minutes on an elliptical feeling dizziness and pain is SO frustrating!!! I go because after an entire day of sitting at my drawing desk feeling these bizarro mental symptoms I just want some relief!!!!

I continue to love these so much!  I sent a link of your page to my family and some good friends, just hoping to find another way to explain to them what is going on.  I know this process is so crazy difficult, but your art is validating the experience for many of us.  Sometimes that can make a huge difference in the course of a day...just knowing that someone out there gets it.  Thank you!!!

That is SO great that you get a smile from the drawings. It makes drawing them all the more rewarding.

 

It's a crazy process and we will ALL heal!!!! I will keep drawing :) :)
