Benzo Withdrawal Titration Solution Video

Hello dear benzobuddies,

Please excuse if this is a repost, I have found this video explaining the liquid titration method and the author seemed pretty very well informed. https://youtu.be/qIcWZ5x6f6Y

I'm asking the more experienced users out there, what is your opinion on it? Is it a good guide? Are there any things one should consider that are not mentioned in the video? Like, for example, adding a preservative?

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply, love and healing to you all!

I notice the video says at some point that you no longer support milk for tiltration?

Is coconut milk better? Rice milk?

I have two brands of lorazepam. One is diluting comfortably in water, then other is not easy to dilute. The one I can dilute in water, I wonder if I should use just water and not milk.

I am a bit lacto-intolerant so I prefer diluting it in water or coconut milk (coconut water essentially).

Wish I was a better student in chemistry back in school :/

As was pointed out in the video, benzos are NOT water-soluble. *

Your tablets may breakdown and deconstruct in water, but the active ingredient, lorazepam, will NOT dissolve and go into solution.  The differrent behavior between the 2 brands is the result of their different constructions and the inactive ingredient content, but the lorazepam will not dissolve in either case.

You can dissolve the tablet in a solvent like alcohol or propylene glycol, then dilute with water, or you can dissolve it any any fatty liquid, including animal milk, coconut milkm almond milk, etc.  Benzos are highly lipid (fat) soluble.

* Unlike most benzos, librium and midzolam are water soluble.

I liked the video.  He did a good job explaining the process.  I personally used volume instead of weight but either method will work.

Stay strong!
