I explain: when I wake up I can get anxiety rush or not, depend of the day.

But when I try to get back to sleep its impossible, I have like a whiteheaded, emptyhead, shortness of breathe or too much ease for breathe, a total fatigue is coming too with agitation... Its really weir even to describe... Like a mix of anxiety, blood sugar drop (I always eat something when I wake up to avoid this), strange breathing.. Its really scary in the moment... I wonder if my sleep/memory pattern is injured :/

Do someone else experienced this or a similar thing ? Its not Just morning anxiety I swear

The symptoms you describe are very common.  Many people feel a constant agitated/anxious feeling for a time after they stop using these drugs.  These feelings often seem greatest at bedtime/night since there is less going on to keep you distracted at night compared with during the day.

Try to look at those symptoms as a nuisance instead of something to worry about.  The constant agitation will go away, but it will take some time.  Do your best to think calming thoughts at night instead of laying in bed worrying about your symptoms.  I play quiet (ambient) music in my bedroom when I go to bed to help gently distract/calm my mind.  I've also listened to meditation recordings at night to help me distract and relax.

It may take a while to fall asleep (or back to sleep).  Again, just try to be calm and relaxed, and you'll increase your chances of falling (back) to sleep.

Thank you so much for the advise. I see you're healed or nearly healed right now, do you had dizziness too ? Its one of my main physical symptom and a real handicap :/

I had a lot of clumsiness, but that was a little different from dizziness.  I don't remember being especially dizzy, but I was very confused.
