Feel like I have a rock inside of my right abdomen + my story

I am an alcoholic in recovery and I am not trying to taper off of Klonopin. I have 74 days sober from alcohol. (drank on this medicine for about 8 years, but did not abuse the medicine or go over the 0.5mg daily)

Not I'm trying to taper off of the klonopin. I noticed that I feel like I have a rock inside my stomach and sometimes it radiates to my side. I don't have stomach pains, it just feels like I have a massive foreign object inside of my abdomen and sometimes there might be a twinge of pain under my right ribcage.

At first I was worried that maybe I had a hardened liver, liver disease or cirrhosis...but I don't look jaundiced, vomit, or discolored bowel movements. I do have a headache all the time - almost like a band around my temples. Maybe it's just the GABA thing and I need a probiotic. I had yogurt for breakfast which is good for the probiotics, I think.
