Headaches

As a migraine sufferer I've tried everything under the sun. What now works best for me post-benzos is alternating hot compresses (reusable ones that you heat in the microwave) with cold packs. You might also want to do a search for headache acupressure points. There are different points for different types of headaches which I've also found to be helpful.
