I have panic disorder and anxiety and pretty much centered around my health.  Right now my focus is my head.  My first week off meds I've been getting migraines,  headaches,  feelings of pressure and discomfort.  I get this sensation which I can describe as the feeling if you were to really tighten and squeeze any muscle then relax that after feeling.  Not pain or discomfort really just off.  It really gets my anxiety going.  Anyone have similar things? Thanks
