Almost there, but super weak.

I'm down to a tiny dose of .18mg ativan after cutting yesterday. Having a bit of withdrawal atm. Mainly I just feel extremely physically weak. I went for a walk around the neighborhood and pretty sure my grandfather would've fared better than me.

 

Now my heart is racing and feels weak to. That's pretty annoying. Hopefully I'm okay.

 

It's a bit disheartening to see how weak I am though. I feel like I'm old or sth. It's normal obviously for your body to lose some strength if you remain sitting in a recliner for over a year, but this is obviously drug related. I still have a good amount of muscle mass and weigh a "healthy" 200 pounds. Which is fine I guess for a 6' male. But still. I need some cardio to move this mass around haha.

 

Just wish it didn't play into my health anxiety so much. Feeling weak is slightly worrisome. But this has happened a few times before. It usually doesn't last long though.

I have time during each day ( 1 to 4 PM) that its so hard to walk around and even function.

I feel as if I'm about to pass out.

Just horrible stuff
