Is it possible to have waves at 10-11 months?

Hi Buddies I'm scared right now,

I've woke up this morning in panic and things don't "feel right". My mind is all over the place - it feels different, weird, I'm getting palpitations, I have slight confusion and I can't figure out why this is happening. I didn't really do anything different yesterday.

My question is, can someone get waves this far out (about 10-11 months) or could this be something else? I'm frightened and don't know what to do. Thanks for any advice, please help.

Unfortunately yes, I got hit again around 10 months and it's still going at almost 12. It's fairly common and 10-12 can be challenging for people from what I've read. I had some great windows though in those months. Hang on a bit longer, we can go through the last of this!

Yep, I still get waves out of the blue. Hang in there, and it will pass soon.

Thanks guys, I will hang in there.

At least now at 10 months out I can remember the relief I got from popping a valium when I had panic/anxiety, now I feel no need to and can live with the anxiety when it comes and just ride things out.

I got slammed with symptoms at 11 months and it was worse than acute. I'm still dealing with symptoms at 15 months, but it's slowly getting better. I was pretty functional most of the time after I jumped so it was hard to believe I was back in a wave after all that time. I had to remember how to cope with the symptoms again. I would admit that some stressful stuff had a big part to play in this, too, do,it wasn't entirely out of the blue.

I would add that I've read in several places that it is common to have a late wave like this one and then magically start to feel way better. It's something to hope for.

Yeah that's how it's been for me this month. Sx intensity / hours have gone up a ton this month. Hoping it starts to fade soon and get to the other side.

I just hit my 1 year mark a couple of weeks ago and I'm still getting windows and waves. I got hit with a horrible wave just before my 1 year anniversary where I felt like I went backwards by 6 months. Thankfully, it only lasted a few days and I suspect that it was brought on by extreme stress. My windows can last up to a week and a half and then I will usually get a few days of a wave.
