I have been taking Klonapin 0.25 mg for 27 years for GAD and would like to tritrate off of it. I have cut the dosage in half..0.125 mg, but am unsure how long to stay on this dose and how to proceed. Thank you very much for your advice.

Glad you're here for information and support for the rest of your taper.  Even though it's a low dose, after so many years of use it's important to taper carefully.  Here's a good place to start posting:
