relationship improvements anyone??

Is anyone esle around 19 mo out having relationship problems? I can't tell how messed up I really am  myself vs my bf of many yrs . we separated 4 yrs back together  for 4.

You know they say if youre not happy w yourself you wont be w anyone else. But a bf shouldnt have so much impact right? I wake after a few hrs fretting about my future w him...listening to his remarks rest of my life...or will it improve and its a phase cause im in a bad place? is it both of us? His odd quirks seem like they are bigger than ever and more often....Its making me sick and anxious. btw Im entering menopause too, can that be part of it, maybe ill chill out?
