POTS help needed. Doctor recommendations?

After doing a ton of research this morning, I'm pretty sure I have POTS and need to find a natropathic or allopathic Dr.who really understands it.  I'm SO incredibly ill when I'm up, that I go straight into fight or flight mode in sheer panic and must go lay down again. My quality of life is quickly deteriorating badly and I need serious help with this. I'm still tapering valium, not even off yet.

If you can recomnend good Internet resources or books, it would be much appreciated. Blessings to you all on this beautiful day.

Increasing good salt intake really helped with my POTS. I do Himalayan salt, sea salt and iodized salt to make sure my intake is balanced. This was actually recommended by both regular MD and naturopath. A rare instance of them being in agreement.

A colleague/ friend of mine is a pediatric POTS specialist. His first line recommendations are to increase salt and water intake and also to wear compression socks. I developed POTS after a medication injury that affects gaba receptors, so I imagine other people get it in wd and it will resolve as we heal.
