I had some clam chowder at a restaurant last night I think it had some Sherry wine in it and felt bad after I ate it and feel terrible today is this possible?

After reading this article, that says, "...it can take longer than two and a half hours for all the alcohol to be cooked out of food to which wine or some other alcoholic beverage has been added.",  I'm going to say yes.

im not sure if it was sherry based but it tasted like it most bisque soups have sherry in it and this def tasted like it, How long will this last im not feeling as bad as this morning
