15 months today

I'm 15 months off Xanax and Paxil today and still suffering a lot . Chest pain , headache and Adrenaline surges are still very bad and constant. Brain fog and dp and dr.  I'm calmer and less anxious than when I was in these mess just hoping to heal one day 😃.

Congrats on 15 months Tracey!! You have fought very hard and should be proud of yourself. Healing does come slowly but surely and I believe one day you will feel normal again. I am getting closer to that day by day and one thing I have leaned is that patience and acceptance are key.
