Hi guys I can't cope no more.brain is full of anxiety stressed to the max.have alot of financial problem living on $100 a fortnight.go to bed and wake in a state of panic am having counselling.having alot of problems with 18 year old son don't know what to do anymore don't want to feel like going crazy no more

I'm sorry for your pain! Financial problems are terrible, specially when we have children. And teenagers can be very hard to deal with, I know... Add benzo WD anxiety to that and I imagine how hard it is for you. What did your therapist recommend you do to deal with anxiety?
