What a roller coaster! I was buzzing with energy after sleepless nights for several weeks, and now I have no energy even to shower. I've been sleeping six-seven hours and taking two hour naps after work. This may be due to a touch of a cold, but it's a heavy, cumbersome fatigue that I wear like a heavy blanket. Does anyone else experience these shifts in energy? Thanks!
