I will talk to or listen to and pray for anyone who need someone. I know that there are harder things to go through and all that but when you're in this it doesn't feel that way. And no one understands unless they have lived it or are living it.  I don't really talk to anyone else about this besides the people on here because of that.

I will pray for you. How are you doing? Sounds like you are having a rough time.

Exhausted and scared. How are you?

Thank you for the prayers.

Not a problem at all. I'm sorry you are so frightened. I hope I reassure you in letting you know that the fear and exhaustion is completely normal. If I may ask how long have you been off your benzo? I don't see anything written in your signature which I why I ask. If you are newly off the fear, anxiety and exhaustion is overwhelming. Just know that while you are in pain your brain is healing. I am four months off and my anxiety has lowered considerably. The fatigue, physical pain and depression is kicking my butt right now but I have to keep reminding myself that its okay that I'm sick, I'm so sick because my poor brain and body are slowly trying to balance themselves out.

Are you living alone as well or do you have someone who is with you? I only ask because I have found a lot of us are on our own an it can be extremely hard. Thank goodness we have kind people here to listen and help us when we are at probably the lowest points of our lives.

Keep pushing forward and slowly but surely thing will start to improve or drop off completely.

I don't know how to do the signature. I was on Ativan for 2 weeks and was told I could quit taking it. Not true. I went back on it for another week and then just stopped.

I am married and have 2 daughters. My oldest daughter has already moved out. My youngest gives me a lot of strength and comfort.

Dealing with this everyday is exhausting. Thank you for the encouragement.
