Just going over my current physical symptoms to ease my mind and see if others can relate. Physically, it feels as if I've lost muscle. After exercise I'm extremely sore, very tight even with stretching. Muscles are spasming in legs and face mostly and is off and on. My energy is pretty low but still existent. Having to push myself to do most things but setting daily goals to get me out and about. It could be a hell of a lot worse but still pretty annoying being held back. Seeing windows and waves off and on throughout my day and grateful it's not completely debilitating. Anyone can relate?

Hi Wheels, I think it is pretty par for the course to have those muscle spasms and the face muscles too. I have the winking at times where I feel like everyone is looking at me and thinking I must be winking at them, but it is not winking it is my eye muscles jerking all around. I really believe when on Valium it causes a lot of muscle sx, as it is a muscle relaxant. Hang on and it is the old Hang on, in Time it will get better, but hopefully things will settle down soon for you, but you know the way this goes, we have no idea how long. Stay Strong.

Sounds like you're doing very well, wheels, though the physical stuff is very frustrating. The exercise is a tough one for me too. I get unnaturally sore and often can't sleep after. From what I read, "gentle exercise" for longer is better in WD. Also making gentle goals is also a good thing. I work, but also make time to unplug from all stimulation every day. My energy levels ebb and flow, but I have enough to do the things I need to do. Carry on!

I'd have to agree man. Sounds like you're doing well. I'm sure the healing will keep on going with time man. Just keep pushing forward without pushing yourself too hard!!
