Unisom Sleep aid?

If I am tapering off 5 mg of Valium is Unisom mini tablets ok to use for sleep at night?

 

I can't function properly or taper with little no no sleep, makes me sick

 

What options do I have available?

I use Unisom, as do a lot of others here. It helps with sleep but be careful because it only works for a short time. I alternate it with hydroxyzine and melatonin to keep from getting too used to it. It seems to have no bad side effects for me.
