Hey guys! I've healed a great deal since I jumped almost two years ago. Unfortunately I'm still coping with anxiety and depression that seems to be on an every other day type of pattern. I used to have this cycle in the beginning of my withdrawal.

The good part is that my bad days are so much better. Anxiety and depression are definitely still more intense. On these days I struggle to find happiness in anything that I do.

The other days are pretty great! My brain fog is significantly less and my anxiety and depression are very minimal. I have such a positive outlook on life.

Sleep doesn't seem to effect this cycle at all....that's the funny part. I was wondering if it's still normal to be experiencing this type of cycle this far out?!?! Thanks so much for your thoughts.  :smitten:
