Everyday feels progressively worse. My fatigue and hip, leg pain are unlike any I've been through. I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago. Blood, urine, BP all came back ok. I am just struggling today and each day a little worse. I am trying to work/draw and it's getting more difficult. My mental symptoms are also at their peak. DP, DR.

I am 13 weeks out. So maybe in acute. Just feel like I am declining and so tempted to make another doctor visit. Probably a waste of time, but GEEZ!!!!

Any thoughts would be great. Thanks buddies :)

Hang in there! 13 weeks is still very early. In the beginning I had so many tests done because I was sure other things were wrong with me. Try to resist the health anxiety. I remind myself that doctors are the ones who got me into this mess... I think my fear of doctors overshadows my health anxiety lol.

Thanks Red,

I will resist going to the doctor. This is  just so insane. Hope you are doing well.

Right now I'm getting ready to do a hot yoga class. I will just keep pushing forward and praying for a window. Hope  we all heal soon. Tired of this stuff consuming my life

Thanks again :)

I hope you get a shiny window soon! I'm super impressed you are able to do hot yoga at this time.

Yea, hot yoga is tough. Don't over do it. You are still early in withdrawal. The monsters will keep coming but you must resist them. Because it's all an illusion. You will come out stronger on the other side. I'm almost 16 months out and although no where near healed,  I no longer have anxiety or depression or health anxiety. Things that I had long time before benzos. Once you go through withdrawal you get a real perspective and not much can shake you. I still have fear, we all do, but now i have strength to face it and conquer it. Just keep drawing, I have never seen a better journal. Maybe at the end you can publish a book of drawings about withdrawal. I'm placing my order in now! Its the sensitive artistic types that get caught most often. Talent comes at a price. I just have to look at my family. Keep pushing through, it will make you strong. And don't believe the monsters!

Its acute, for sure.

Do you have to pay for the doctors appointment? If not (and if it helps to calm yourself) - go there. Show them your face again and again and again until they need benzos. Don't be ashamed for that. -

..hot yoga??? I heard about that and I thought only super heroes are able to do that. Or suicidal people...

For me that would be hell. its hot there. and sports. And other people.  >:D

(I would prefer hugging polar bears or so)

wow!  :yippee:

Thanks so much for the kind words!! I will keep drawing. I know hot yoga is a little nuts, but I am so desperate for relief that I will do anything! I actually feel a bit of relief immediately after doing that for an hour. Something about the stretching and sweating has a relaxing affect!!

I will be putting a book together of these drawings. To be continued :) :) :)

Thanks again for all the support. Hoping and praying for healing for all of us!!!  :)
