Another DP/DR question?

Almost a year now and yes I'm better off then a couple months ago but still suffer daily DP/DR. YES I have windows that are so brief that can happen multiple times a day but I can't fully shake it. Is this normal I need some support and some validation. The only symptoms left are DP/DR, Fatigue, and shaky hands (which I always had but makes me nervous). When I have windows I feel like 90% but then get thrown back in to all of this. Is there something else going on ?  Is this DP/DR permanent?

Perfectly normal, Symptoms can come and go for some time. Just hang in there.

I also suffer from derealization. It gets better when my body is able to completely relax. Sometimes it is really bizzare, surreal and horrible experience, but it must disappear with time. I'm only 2.5 months off and it is even worse now than first 2 months off, but there are moments when it's not that terrible. It won't stay forever with you, so don't worry. I already have a long and rich experience with DR from few years earlier.

I felt more disconnected and disoriented at beginning, but now because of benzo I feel like I live in completely different world. This derealization doesn't have almost anything with DR that started on its own.
