accidently swallowed a bit of listerine -.- i think it set me back

was going to the dentist this morning and used listerine before i went so she wasnt smelling my breath as bad and accidently swallowed some had a mini panic attack in the office and feel like im back a few months ever since -.- randomly explosively vomited i think to get the listerine out of my stomach but im super pissed and anxious for how i could have possibly taken the risk to put alcoholic mouthwash in my mouth.

 

Do you think this is going to wear off in a couple days or weeks or do you think i kindled and am back a few squares until i heal all the way back again

How much listerine did you swallow?  Maybe it's just the panic, not an actual reaction to the listerine?

I feel like that's nothing.  I would probably not even worry about it, but since you are having some anxiety about it, maybe just call poison control and run it by them and see what they think.  It might be really reassuring to know that this happens all the time and you'll be fine.

No no no. You'll be fine. There have been folks who've drank way more alcohol than that (myself included) and have bounced back.

 

I know you're stressed, but trust me, it's OK. Just lay off the Listerine. I used to use it as well, but a time came when I was just too sensitive to it, and it would make me unwell.

I had a fear of swallowing my  mouth wash too (the alcohol content) so i switched to alcohol free mouth wash  . If you only swallowed a little bit i think you'll fine in a couple days could also be the stress from the dentist causing the panic too or a combination of it all. Hope you feel better soon dood
