Racing brain, thoughts and anxiety

Do someone else had or have sometimes a strange sensation of intense stress inside the brain. Like if stress hormone was released inside. And with this usually comes anxiety and bad thoughts.

Absolutely. Everyday, all day! It's so disturbing, but in some twisted way it's a sign of healing.
