The best place to find information on long holds is on the long hold group.  Valley has a long list that he posts every so often. In fact if you ask, someone will point you to the page with the list of quotes from people that have done long holds.

I think the Valleyum posted the list of quotes for long holds on page 1108 , and maybe 604 around there, in the long hold support group . You can't miss it , it has a blue photo at the top with a chicken sitting on top of a turtle . If you can't find it , do ask Valley , he'll post it for you .
